homework #3

Today we discussed the language of clothes, I don't judge people according to what they wear. Because, I think everybody have their taste. if every body have same taste, i don't think it is good. Yes, I think Japanese society puts an importance on clothing when judging other people from another country. I am wearing black sweater. I'm not sure this would reflecr to me, I like black in a winter time, So I have a lot of clothes with black.
Next week we will discuss friends, I always share a lot of things. like what happened at work, what happened at my house, what I did on a weekends....etc... but I think I don't discuss about what happened in a past. I'm not sure, if I have different friends for different parta of my life. If they are my friends, I always talk same subject same as others.

1.Death and Funerals:a, Yes, I do have international friends and couple host family who took care of me when I was in High school. I would attend to the funeral and be with my host family.b, Yes, I have been to a foreign funeral.
2. The language of Clothes (preparation for next weeks topic):a, Japanese designer label crazy, I think that is because they are so into it and what they really care is to design. And also the buyer care for what they buy, what they want. So there are a lot of compatation going on. The clothes are really important in these days. There are so many kind of clothes out. I think we want look ourselves good and show to other people, that's why we wear all kind of clothes." Homework#1

1, Today, We discussed about the Japanese concept of "The Wrapping". I'm not sure if I would agree with the web site's discription or not. Bacause I think Wrapping is not make solution by it-self. Wrapping is something people discuss and agree and discuss what you think. So If I am the one who are dealing some thing, I would talk to the person and get things straight.2, "Death and Funerals"a, Q- Where do you go when you die?I have n't really thought about this question. But I think no body really can answer this. Because nobody would come back after their death. We all don't know what's waiting after our death. I do believe when we die, we go to heaven. I went to Christian school when i was in High school. And the paster was always telling us that as long as we believe there are God, We will go to heaven.b, Q-Explain why do Japanese have death memorial services 1 month, 1 year, 3 years, 7 years, etc. after a person's death?A lot of Japanese people are Buddism. I think the religion must have some connection to it. And also, I think we have services to remember the person's death for long time.
